As a professional speaker with over 24 years of experience working with government entities, SMMEs, Fortune 500 organizations, experts, and sports figures, I’ve witnessed first-hand the transformative power of effective public speaking. My journey has taken me through various
sectors, and I’ve seen how the ability—or lack thereof—to communicate effectively in public can be a decisive factor in one’s success or stagnation. This realization has propelled me to address this challenge head-on through the launch of the Global Speakers Academy (GSA).
THE GENESIS OF GLOBAL SPEAKERS ACADEMY
Global Speakers Academy was born out of a deep-seated passion for education and a
commitment to empowering the youth. Having worked extensively with unemployed
graduates, I realized that many promising individuals are held back not by their lack of
knowledge or capability but by their inability to articulate their ideas confidently and
persuasively in public. This communication gap is a significant barrier to their professional and
personal growth, often preventing them from ascending to the top of their chosen fields.
A PERSONAL MISSION
Recognizing the critical need for effective public speaking skills, I decided to take this challenge personally. The inception of the Global Speakers Academy is a testament to my dedication to fostering a new generation of eloquent, confident, and impactful communicators. The Academy aims to provide comprehensive training in the art and science of public speaking, equipping individuals with the tools they need to express themselves powerfully and authentically.
Focusing on the Youth
My special interest in education and the youth has driven me to start a public speaking competition for schools. This initiative aims to expose young minds to the importance of public speaking from an early age, helping them understand how mastering this skill can significantly influence their future and the career paths they choose. By investing in the development of these young individuals, we are not only preparing them for successful careers but also for leadership roles in their communities and beyond.

By focusing on these objectives, the Gold Level course empowers Middle Managers and Emerging Speakers to enhance their speaking skills, expand their influence, and unlock new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Life Orientation Teacher Training
Life Orientation teachers are uniquely positioned to influence and shape the future of young minds. Their role extends beyond academic instruction; they are mentors, guides, and role models. By empowering these educators with advanced public speaking skills, we enable them to impart a critical life skill to their students. The training program is designed to transform teachers into effective public speaking coaches, enhancing their ability to mentor and guide students in mastering the art of communication.
